Katherine Corsan
When Katherine's own chronic health problems started in her thirties, Katherine was told there was no known cure and that she’d need medication for life. Inspired to find dietary and lifestyle solutions, Katherine successfully turned her own health around and is now happily symptom and medication-free.
Katherine’s professional experience as a former nurse ranged from acute emergencies to chronic symptom management. This, coupled with her own experience as a patient, sparked the decision to retrain as a nutritionist to support clients one-to-one and explore the root cause of what brings each of us to the point of ill health. Katherine is highly qualified to help others lose their fear of food, and enjoy life free from IBS worry.
Katherine will be hosting a talk on Gut Health and the prevention of stress related IBS.

Carrie Beecroft Sinnott has been teaching yoga for 20 years and practicing for almost 40. Carrie trained at the life centre in London and has a Masters qualification in yoga and pranayama, having also trained as a Prana Vinyasa teacher under Shiva Rea.
Carrie’s love is Vinyasa Flow which offers the student the chance to feel the graceful moving mediation that comes from a “one breath one movement” discipline.
In the practice, we learn to use our yoga to understand how we can become the best version of ourselves
“True yoga is not about the shape of your body but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed: yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about the what you have been; it cares about the person you are becoming”

Prevention isn't just better than cure, it's more sensible, reasonable and rational too.
This embodies the entire purpose of the Wellness Weekender so we are thrilled that GP and Functional Medicine doctor Dr Jess Peebles can join us to help us understand the power and impotance of functional medicine.
Jess will explain how functional medicine looks holistically at the full picture of our physical, mental and emotional health and how, by learning about us, our lifestyle, our medical history, and our needs, functional medicine doctors can find a solution to health problems in an entirely personalised way.
This really is not to be missed. Functional medicine is the future and I am so excited that we get to hear more about it here first.

Understanding, confidence and resilience run through Octavia and if you're not already following her incredible Instagram community @xena.life_ and App, do it now!

We are so grateful for her giving up so much time and do get in contact with her directly to nab a spot with her, they will go quickly.

Aine Horner
That’s right Quantum Flow is joining us! I hadn’t had the opportunity to try it so Áine (also know as @babyrefluxlady and celtic.flow) kindly sent me a recording to try. QF promises to biohack your whole system to connect the mind and nervous system whilst releasing tension and boosting focus and energy. It did not disappoint and I immediately added her to the itinerary. The combination of breath with yogic moves and sound was an incredible start to my day and I floated through the rest of it! If, like me, you’ve not tried it, add it to your ‘must do’ list for the weekend and enjoy. It’s heavenly.
